SHIPPING POLICY

Averixa Supply provides international shipping support for wholesale and business orders.

Because shipping costs and delivery requirements vary significantly depending on product type, quantity, packaging, weight, destination and shipping method, final shipping terms are normally confirmed through a quotation, pro forma invoice or written order confirmation.

1. SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods may include:

- Express courier
- Air freight
- Sea freight
- Other freight arrangements agreed with the buyer

The most appropriate option will depend on shipment size, destination, delivery requirements and buyer preference.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not fixed and will normally be quoted separately or included in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

Freight charges may depend on:

- Product weight and dimensions
- Carton volume
- Destination
- Shipping method
- Customs requirements
- Fuel surcharges
- Carrier rates

3. PRODUCTION AND HANDLING TIME

Production and handling times depend on the product, quantity, customization, packaging and supplier schedule.

Estimated lead times will be provided in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

Production normally begins only after required payment, specifications, artwork, packaging and other necessary details have been confirmed.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

International shipments may be affected by customs clearance, carrier schedules, port congestion, weather, public holidays, government restrictions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. INCOTERMS

Where applicable, the agreed Incoterm will be stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice or order confirmation.

The responsibilities of Averixa Supply and the buyer regarding freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and risk of loss will follow the agreed shipping terms.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, buyers are responsible for:

- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or local taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Import permits
- Destination-country regulatory requirements

Buyers should confirm the import requirements applicable to their country before placing an order.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and consignee information.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be charged to the buyer.

8. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS

If goods are damaged or lost during transportation, please notify us promptly and provide available supporting evidence.

Depending on the shipping terms, carrier and insurance arrangements, a carrier or insurance claim may be required.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Averixa Supply is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, government restrictions, port congestion or similar events.
